I have created this shot list using Microsoft Excel. The shot list will allow the crew to film scenes efficiently, in the right order and according the the location they are going to so they don't miss important shots.  

I have created this call sheet using Microsoft Word. The call sheet will allow the cast and crew to arrive on time to the right place and carrying the right props and equipment. 

I have created this release form using Microsoft word. The form will dismiss any legal liability to the studio so the talent can complain about the finished product and agrees to any risks they may be taking.

I have created this cast and crew document to keep important information about the cast and crew so we can have quick and easy communication for all scenarios.  

  Here is a screenshot of my risk assessment that I created in Excel to manage the risks that may be involved in making my film opening. This will help mitigate the risks involved and will make the cast and crew aware of them. Hopefully, this will help the project to run more efficiently.
